WORK WITH ANDREA

Andrea facilitates several types of 1:1 sessions including functional breathing, nervous system support and transformational breathwork. She also works in a 1:1 immersive container as a somatic guide.

  • 75 MINUTE SESSION

    During a transformational breathwork session you will be guided to use conscious connected breathing to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. This type of breathwork will allow you to quiet the storied mind and heal through your emotional body, promoting a deeper connection to self.

  • This package allows you to purchase 4- 75 min breathwork sessions at a discounted price.

    A Breathwork practice is most beneficial when we revisit it consistently.

    During our time together you will experience personalized breathwork sessions that can be deeply healing and transformative. You will be guided on a somatic journey using conscious connected breathing to access non-ordinary states of consciousness to promote healing from the inside out.

    When you sign up for a package, you will be prompted to schedule your first session and we will connect to schedule subsequent sessions.

    These sessions are personalized based on your needs. There is space on the sign up form to indicate your goals over the span of our 4 sessions together.

  • 3 MONTHS MINIMUM

    Over the course of our time together, you will be guided and held through various somatic practices to access safety within yourself, deepen the connection to your body, hold and accept what is present. During these sessions, you will learn to navigate your nervous system and develop trust in the body as your teacher. I will meet you where you are and hold sacred space for you while you reclaim your sovereignty and take your power back.

  • During our time together we will assess dysfunctional breathing and learn breathing techniques to promote functional breathing that support balance in the body systems.

    60-minute sessions 1x/week for 4 weeks

    We will work in three pillars: biomechanics, biochemistry and pacing (respiration rate). You will learn about the anatomy and physiology of breathing and learn scientifically proven breathing techniques to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

    -Collaborate to create at home practices that you can do daily to increase well-being.

  • The main outcome with this package is to enhance the adaptability and flexibility of the nervous system so that you can flow through life with more ease.

    60-minute sessions 1x/week for 4 weeks

    If you are in a constant state of stress and overwhelm- you will be supported in finding safety within yourself to promote peace and ease in rest and stillness.

    If you tend to shut down, disassociate or numb out- you will be supported in finding safety within yourself, then invite in the energy of activation and move from stuck to taking aligned action.

    We will assess the state of your nervous system and we will collaborate to create breathwork practices that you can integrate into your daily life to improve your ability to move from chaos to calm or shut down to present and connected.

Andy facilitates several types of 1:1 sessions including Breathwork, Movement and Voice activation.

  • 60-MINUTE SESSION

    Taking conscious control of the breath for an extended period allows you to get into a deep meditative state, move stuck energy, experience different states of consciousness, heal old wounds and more. During these hour-long sessions I may guide you on a visual journey, invite you to feel into the deeper wisdom within, or connect with yourself. Every session is unique to what you desire. Pacing, depth and intensity is entirely up to you.

  • 30-MINUTE SESSION

    These sessions will allow you to release tension in the body, increase focus, reduce anxiety and will provide you with tools you can use in your daily life to help you recenter, regroup and respond to daily stressful occurrences in a way that feels good. By redirecting our focus, and taking another perspective you can train your brain to break old patterns that are keeping you from engaging with life fully.

  • 90 MINUTES SESSION

    In these sessions, I will guide you into awakening the body by using Yoga, Qigong and other movements, combined with sound and breath. By incorporating movement and vocal release with the breathwork you will be able to connect with the body on a deeper level.
